Whiskey A Go Go

If you are not familiar with Whiskey A Go Go, it is a legendary rock club on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, California. It has played host since 1964 to some of rock and roll's most legendary folk: Janis Joplin, The Doors and Led Zeppelin. Oh to have been trippin' in that club in the 60s!

This little online shop, Threads in Time has a cute collection of Go-Go dresses. Those wonderful mini-mod style dresses often worn with boots. Think Nancy Sinatra and "These Boots Were Made For Walking" - but please don't mention the Jessica Simpson version...

The dresses were mostly characterized by bright colors, often with geometric designs and finished with belts. As long as they were bright, they could be seen by those watching the Go-Go dancers in clubs of the day.

Feel like dancing? These are now available, each $45.
